SHADAYO = SHAMANIC - DANCE - YOGA
The SHADAYO movement and classes are a combination of everything that helps, supports and aids body and mind.
As such, you will find in our classes a multicultural blend of Yoga, Martial Arts, Dance, Pilates, QiGong and more.
MOCHIYO
At MoChiYo we use elements from TaiChi, combined with Yoga, Pilates and Mobility Therapy. We work with both qualities of yin and yang, in which we alternate dynamic and active movements (yang) with stilling postures (yin).
The MoChiYo concentrates on your mobility and our attention goes to those parts that are blocked and stiff. We then focus on how to relax in the moving, as to release any tension. Thus this class can also be seen as a Restorative, Recovery and Recuperating flow. One flows into the other.
FFF-FLow
Focus Form Flexibility Flow is characterized by the attention that is paid to the proper alignment of the body, which means that your body can move freely without tension.
In the FFF Flow lessons we work with series of postures that merge smoothly
By relaxing within the dynamic postures, the underlying, deeper muscle and bone structures also have the opportunity to actively support this relaxation.
YOGA SHRED® Inspired
The Yoga Shred® - a yoga + High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style is designed by Sadie Nardini and helps you to get fit, faster, while actually enjoying it.
You'll burn more fat and calories; lift and tune up your muscles and get deep anti-aging DNA repair as if you've worked out for 2-4 HOURS--in under 30 minutes.
This class is for people who want to challenge themselves and for those that are already active in sports and training.
What are the benefits of my yoga classes?
Due to my background in integrated medicine I can adapt and adjust the movements in such a way, often with mental and emotional focus, combined with manual therapy and essential oils) that immediately a change or relief is felt.
For who? Which class is best for you?
All classes (except the Shred Inspired classes) are for all levels. The Yoga Shred Inspired Classes are only for the more advanced or experienced yoga practioners. Feel free to contact me to find out which class suits you best.
